#shorts Bile, the key to healthy digestion and detoxification.🍋 It's used to break down fat goblets into smaller surface area for digestion and absorption. If you have low bile, you will have difficulty absorbing fat soluble vitamins. You may feel heaviness on your right side if you have a sluggish liver and bile sludge or gallstones forming. To prevent gallstones, you need to thin out the bile by staying hydrated and also consuming more bitter greens and if it's very low, you may need to supplement with bile salts. Some symptoms of low bile is pale stools, diarhhea or cramps when eating fatty foods. A sluggish liver (fatty liver) can also created congestion and reduced bile.
